Shipping & Returns

We use UPS Ground service for most of our shipments. However, in some cases, if the amount paid matches USPS Priority Mailing cost, we expedite them by using this service even without the customer asking for it.

Orders we received during the day, will be shipped on the next Business day. However, in the event that the item ordered is not immediately available, it will take us extra day to send. If within 2 days that we can not send the order or in the event that we need to cancel order for what ever reason. We will inform the customer immediately of any delay or cancellation.

Simply return the product if you receive a different item from what you ordered with the Invoice and provided the product is not opened. We either replace with the right product or if you choose, we will refund you accordingly. However if your intention is to exchange to a different product, you have to pay shipping cost in returning and sending back to you, including the price difference if the value is greater.
